The Vestry at Wicomico Parish Church is comprised of nine lay members of the parish who are elected by the congregation to serve a revolving three-year term.  The Vestry is responsible for managing the affairs of the parish, and therefore takes care of parish finances, maintains parish grounds and buildings, and recruits individuals to fill various positions of leadership. The Vestry also elects a new Rector when the position becomes vacant. Vestry meetings are on the second Tuesday of the month.
